The ATCP has provided consulting for a multinational industry located at the Manaus Free Trade Zone with the objective of increasing the service lifespan and reducing maintenance costs of ultrasonic cleaning systems. In that case, the ultrasonic cleaning systems are used in manufacturing spectacle lenses, one of the major elements of the production line.
The consulting service consisted in discussing the critical points of ultrasonic cleaning, and training maintenance personnel in predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. The results were very positive and are already saving time and resources for the client.
